Raynor Flat Roofing have recently completed a felt re roofing of Derby office block. The felt used for this project was supplied by Ruberoid (permanite), and installed under their gold contractors system. Raynor Roofing arranged for scaffold to be put up.Then the existing roof was removed and safely disposed off. A vapour barrier(Rubberfoil SBS)was then installed.

To reduce the buildings' carbon footprint insulation (90mm Enetherm PIR MG) was added. To allow for movement a vented layer (Rubervent underlay 3G) was loose laid. A layer of felt (Superbase Fire BLOC 180 underlay was then installed and fully bonded with hot bitumen. Finally a mineral finishing layer was installed (350 T-O fireBLOC green.
